3. App Usage and Updates

tomoe is provided as-is. We do not charge subscription fees, and we do not serve advertisements. We reserve the right to deploy updates, fix layout issues, or change design states at any time to keep the experience polished.

4. Disclaimers and Liability

Because tomoe stores your data entirely on your device's local memory, we are not responsible for any lost records due to device damage, OS updates, app deletion, or factory resets. Please export your backups regularly to safeguard your memories.
